We selected Silver Contracting to re-model and expand our farmhouse that was originally built in 1909. This was a very complex project that required the matching of the older structure with the new addition and some complex framing for the roof and dormers. Elliot and his team did a great job on the project and the quality of the work is still evident 2 years later. Re-model projects always have unexpected surprises and we certainly ran into a few, like fire damage and code changes that required additional framing. We appreciated Elliot’s flexibility and reasonableness on these changes as they came along. Working with Silver Contracting was a great experience and Elliot would be the first person we would call for future projects!

When looking for a contracting company to finish our basement, I interviewed many people, but Elliott Silver of Silver Contracting won our business. Elliott's ability to win my business had nothing to do with price, but everything to do with listening to the customer and a true passion for his business. The finished product includes a custom designed curved granite bar, Red Oak cabinets with mini bar sink and granite top, Hot tub with custom tiled floor and shower, exercise area, custom curved seating area with storage inside seats, pool table room and air hockey area. Elliott even created custom corbels to match the rest of the home decor, adding a wonderful flow, from the upstairs to the basement.

Customer Service is not valued by most businesses today, but Silver Contracting is very different, because they do value me as a customer and they take pride in their finished product. Elliott's team respected our property and cleaned up and kept things as neat as possible everyday. They paid attention to all details ensuring the customer was totally happy with the finished product.

Also, we have engaged Silver Contracting to do a fireplace installation in a second floor sitting room... We will not let any other contracting firm have our future business but Silver Contracting. When you have the best, why deal with the rest....!
