Our Process

Our Process

At Silver Contracting, our process is people-centric. We place you, the client, at the center of everything we do.

Our ultimate goal is to provide a positive, stress-free and fulfilling building experience. So how do we do deliver what we promise?

From start to finish, we take the time to understand your creative vision and individual needs. And our decades of experience as industry-leaders allows us to deliver that vision.

We leverage our strong community relationships and extensive knowledge of complex local building codes, zoning and building safety to ensure your project continues forward.

Our process broken down:

Overall, our process is designed to be comprehensive, transparent, and client-focused. We believe that clear communication, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are essential to ensuring the success of any renovation project.

Initial Consultation

The first step in our process is an initial consultation with the client. During this consultation, we listen carefully to the client’s goals, ideas, and requirements for their renovation project. This helps us to develop a clear understanding of their needs and preferences.

Site Inspection

After the initial consultation, we conduct a site inspection to assess the current condition of the property. This involves evaluating the existing structures, identifying any potential issues or challenges, and taking measurements and photos of the space.

Design and Planning

Once the proposal and contract have been approved, we begin the design and planning phase of the project. This involves creating detailed drawings, selecting materials and finishes, and developing a timeline for the construction and installation phases of the project.

Proposal and Contract

Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation and site inspection, we create a detailed proposal and contract for the renovation project. This includes a description of the work to be done, a timeline for completion, and a breakdown of the costs and payment schedule.

Demolition and Preparation

The demolition and preparation phase involves removing any existing structures or fixtures that are no longer needed and preparing the space for renovation. This may involve tearing down walls, removing old appliances, or upgrading electrical and plumbing systems

Construction and Installation

The construction and installation phase is when the new structures, fixtures, and finishes are built and installed according to the renovation plan. This requires skilled labor and attention to detail to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard.

Quality Control and Inspections

Throughout the construction and installation phase, we conduct regular quality control inspections to ensure that the work is being completed according to the renovation plan and that the finished product meets the client’s expectations.

Final Walkthrough and Inspection

Once the renovation is complete, we conduct a final walkthrough and inspection with the client to ensure that everything has been done to their satisfaction. Any final touch-ups or adjustments are made at this stage.

Project Completion and Warranty

Once the final walkthrough and inspection have been completed, the project is considered finished, and we provide the client with a warranty on our workmanship. We also provide ongoing support and maintenance services to ensure that the renovated space remains in excellent condition.
