7-West Rooftop Deck

The first of rooftop deck on Main Street Longmont.

This rooftop deck includes a very complex structural support column that spans from the 2nd story building rooftop, down through the main level restaurant, and down to the bedrock beneath the basement. We completed this project, including the structural support, in just 7 weeks, all while the restaurant was open for business and completely functional.
