Back ToSilver contracting did a second story addition (3 bedroom, 2 bath, approx 900 sq ft) to our one story house which included reinforcing the foundation for a staircase. The mix of demolition, new construction, and remodeling made the project more complex than most but we feel very fortunate that we selected Silver contracting for the work. They mostly stayed on budget, they communicated well with our architect, and easily accommodate last minute changes. The quality of work was excellent, including the trim and cabinetry. Overall it was a very good experience and we would not hesitate to recommend Silver Contracting for either new construction or remodeling.
