Back ToWe chose Silver Contracting for a home addition in 2004. It was a true pleasure to work with Elliot and his team on this project. We were trying to maintain the feel of the original farmhouse while adding more space and modern design features. Elliot listened closely to our needs and had an intuitive sense on how to make things work. We had some of the normal surprises pop-up that occur when renovating an older home and Elliot was very flexible in helping to resolve problems and provided very reasonable pricing for change orders. We were so happy with the job that we called Silver Contracting back again after 10 years to build a garage to match the house addition.
