Back ToWithout question, I would recommend Elliott Silver of Silver Contracting, who is a local resident of Boulder County and has decades of experience in remodeling homes in the area (not to mention the builder of the beautiful Waneka Lake Boathouse in Lafayette). He just completed a major kitchen, living and dining room renovation in my home, and I could not be more pleased. The end result is exactly as I envisioned, and the process was smooth and timely. I appreciated that he kept me involved in every step along the way, and was always available questions or concerns I had. The quality and attention to detail of his work, and the skill level and professionalism of all involved (from flooring installer, tile, plumber, electrician, wood finisher, painter) was superb. I had initially solicited bids from half a dozen other contractors, and not only did I feel most confident (and comfortable) with Elliott and his references— but he happened to provide the most reasonable bid. You won’t find a contractor who provides a more personal, quality, high-grade experience than you will with Silver Contracting.
